Any purchase from this website requires that you adhere to the following general conditions of sale.

IN CASE OF DISPUTE

The sales of LA MARELLE EN LIGNE products are under the French law.

In case of legal dispute, French Courts are the competent authorities.

 

ORDER:

 The Customer chooses under his own responsibility and according to his needs.   

 LA MARELLE EN LIGNE keeps the power to cancel an order in case of defect of banking confirmation of effective payment.

 In any case, the paid sums can’t be considered as a deposit.

 

 EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS:

All exchanges are subject to availability.

 All products incomplete, damaged and/or whose original packaging have been damaged, won’t be taken back or exchanged.

 If the item is defective, LA MARELLE EN LIGNE will exchanged it to the same product or refund you.  The shipping costs will be paid by LA MARELLE EN LIGNE .

 

 PRICES AND SHIPPING RATES

 All prices are given in Euros only and included tax (except for Switzerland and Norway)

 Shipping is invoiced over and above the price of the purchased items.

This will vary depending on the country and the items purchased.

Shipping rates may be modified without advance warning.

 All customs duties and taxes of any kind linked to the importing of these goods are entirely payable by the addressee on reception of the goods.

The tax rates applicable depend on the regulations in force in the country concerned. The client may inquire into the specific import formalities by asking the local competent authorities.

 

DELIVERY:

 The products will be delivered at the address indicate by the Customer on the order form.

 Dispatches will be made within the limit of available stock.

 Deliveries will be handled by LA POSTE, using colissimo with follow-up.

It is possible that your order will be delivered to you in separate packages depending on the items ordered.

 On receiving your parcel, please check your articles. If there has been any damage, refuse it so that it may be returned directly to us. We will exchange the contents free of charge. If you accept the parcel without checking the contents, you should go straight to your nearest post office in the case of damage and lodge a complaint in order to be reimbursed in full. Then renew your order on our site.

 Delivery shall be deemed to have been made, as soon as the seller releases the goods to the buyer or has them released on its behalf. Transport shall be for buyer’s account and risk

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

 Invoicing:

You will find an invoice in your parcel.

Your invoice will include the references of the ordered items, and their availability if not present at delivery, the total before tax, the total VAT and the total inclusive of tax for shipping and packaging.

If the client is not the receiver of the goods (invoice address different from the delivery address) the invoice will be sent separately to the client.

 All payment is made on-line by credit card, in Euros, using the Secure payment Website of the CMB  bank.

 Your data are not know or register by La Marelle.
All exchanged data are protected by SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) which protects the data integrity and privacy.

 

INTERLLECTUAL PROPERTY:

 The Customer doesn’t have any intellectual or industrial property on LA MARELLE EN LIGNE items. LA MARELLE EN LIGNE is the only one to have those rights.

 

AFTER-SALES SERVICE:

 We do our best to answer all your questions as quickly as possible.
