Shipping and Delivery

A short time delivery is our priority. An order placed before 12 am is sent the same day. After 12 am, the order is sent the following day. (business days only)

2 business days: France, Corsica, Monaco, Andorra
3 business days: Germany, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, United-Kingdom, Swissland
4 business days: Belgium, Finland, Hongary, Netherlands, Spain
5 business days: Danemark, Greece, Italie

For example, an order placed on Monday before 12 am will be delivered on Wednesday in France and on Thursday in Germany.

The deliveries are carried out by Colissimo Access for France and by Colissimo Expert for the rest of the world.

Tracking your delivery

At the end of your order you will be informed per email of  the delivery process. Here is the emails you will receive :
1st email : Your order has been validated. You receive the order 's confirmation a few minutes after the validation of the order.
2nd email : The order is getting ready. If you pay by ckeck or bank transfer, this email advises you of the payment reception. .
3rd email : You order has been sent. You can find in this emaill your Colissimo follow up number. You can follow the delivery on the website www.colissimo.fr

Money back guarantee

If an item does't suit you or if you just want to exchange it, you have 15 days from time of delivery to contact us and send the item back. You can choose between a refund or an exchange (Shipping costs not included).
